HiJoJo Partners Inc. ("HJJ") announced that, effective November 1st of this year, Norifumi Akiyama has been appointed as a new representative director, transitioning to a new management structure where Spyridon Mentzas and Norifumi Akiyama will serve as co-CEOs. This change aims to strengthen the management system to achieve further growth as a global fintech group under the purpose of " Unlocking Investment, Transforming Markets, Empowering Japan."
Recognizing the increasing global demand for alternative asset investments, the expansion of the private equity market, the Japanese government's startup policies and various deregulations, as well as the capital and business alliance with Nasdaq Private Market announced in August of this year as significant business opportunities, we plan to make the securities business a new pillar of our operations in addition to our traditional asset management business. Our goal is to contribute to the development of the Japanese venture ecosystem.
We hope to continue growing steadily with the support of all our stakeholders and we kindly ask for your continued patronage and support.
